Mobile operator ZERO came to us for help to bring their brand to market. Although launched across multiple touchpoints, social media formed the core of its launch. The conventions of social conversations combined with their challenger attitude gave rise to a bold, irreverent communication style that allowed ZERO to be both sophisticated and in-your-face. Curiosity generated from the campaign drove significant new traffic to the ZERO website. With a decent conversion rate, the subscriber base was up and running in no time.
