CXA is a flexible health and wellness portal that helps companies shift spending from treatment to prevention. Originally tasked to overhaul the CXA website, our UX team ultimately contributed to the audit of the entire customer experience. Following extensive research, we created a clear structure for the website, then crafted and refined the final online presence. We also undertook an immersive user-centric audit of the existing product to assess current strengths and weaknesses. The result was a vastly improved online experience and range of insights to be incorporated into the product development roadmap.
