Here at Dave Clark Design, we agree with Maya Angelou when she says: "You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have." In this spirit, we’re delighted to recognise three senior recruits who recently joined our Melbourne studio, bringing even more creativity and experience to our thriving team.

Design director Luis Macedo, senior account manager Annie Bayazid, and senior designer Dale Lacy bring their exciting individual combinations of experience, talent and charisma to add to our thriving Melbourne team.

Luis has run creative teams and produced some really nice work for the best part of a decade. Recognised for his prolific output and ideas, Luis has a strong digital background, aligning with the multi-discipline design philosophy Dave Clark Design is famous for.

Annie comes to us following a great grounding in account service and project management, having learned the ways of the advertising world working for traditional agencies before diversifying in a role at a hybrid creative agency, where she juggled branding and design, advertising, production and data-driven marketing for clients like New Zealand Rugby and Kiwibank.

Dale Lacy, senior designer, only qualifies as a “new recruit” through a technicality – he’s signed on to join us permanently. He’s already a key member of our team thanks to working for us as a contractor for some time. He has strong corporate and financial services experience, for both Marsh and the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees.

Dominic Guthrie, former general manager of Melbourne said: “I'm thrilled to have Annie, Dale and Luis join the already experienced and talented team here in the Melbourne office. They’ve brung exceptional qualities to their respective roles, adding value across some great ideas and initiatives and they’re already fitting in so seamlessly to the Dave Clark Design culture.”
